- We can create a sample for you for a fee of $200, credited to your invoice. This free covers your sample and shipping and is only available for minimum orders of 100 pairs.
- If you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a resolution.
- Currently, all orders must be shipped. We do not offer local pickups.

- After artwork approval, production times vary based on quantity. Refer to our previous answers for specific timelines.
- Yes! We always provide a digital proof for your approval before proceeding with production.
- Absolutely! Our design team can assist you in creating a unique design based on your ideas and preferences.
- Once we have a finalized and approved sock design, we will send you an invoice and a credit card authorization form. After the card is processed, we’ll send you a transaction slip and an invoice marked as paid. Then, we will begin production.
